DESCRIPTION
"Since an IO board can have multiple functions, this index allows the
capability to define multiple IO Board Function Types for the same board. For
instance a CPU board might have roadtube inputs and storage media available.
Although the IO Board Function Type could be used for the 2nd index, it wouldprobably end up in a table that had non-sequential indexes. This secondaryindex is assigned by the device and must be sequential."
