DESCRIPTION
"Indicates how old a client request should be to consider
removing it from the Client List. It's assumed that a time
out condition occurred at the client, and the data is no longer
of any value, and deleted.
Initialize at startup from a separate 'config' file.
Recommended default is 15 minutes (900 seconds)."
