In the community list, it could have some Well-known numbers such as:
BGP_COMMUNITY_ATTRIBUTE_NO_EXPORT 0xFFFFFF01
BGP_COMMUNITY_ATTRIBUTE_NO_ADVERTISE 0xFFFFFF02"
