"The threshold against which the variable
specified in evthObject is tested over the time
interval specified in the evthTimeInterval When
the threshold is met or exceeded, the event is
triggered. The event will not trigger again until
the variable falls to or below the evthHysteresis
value, and then meets or exceeds the threshold."
