"Initiates a connect action using values in amxNextConnectedAmiq and
amxNextConnectionMode when set to connectActionStatus-PENDING.
If the connect action is not allowed then SNMP_ERR_AUTHORIZATION_ERROR
is returned. Please check the amxAmiqTable to see if the snmpUser has
rights to connect to the amxNextConnectedAmiq.
