DESCRIPTION
"The Hello hold time which is negotiated between
the Entity and the Peer. The entity associated
with this Hello Adjacency issues a proposed
Hello Hold Time value in the
mplsLdpEntityHelloHoldTimer object. The peer
also proposes a value and this object represents
the negotiated value.
A value of 0 means the default,
which is 15 seconds for Link Hellos
and 45 seconds for Targeted Hellos.
A value of 65535 indicates an
infinite hold time."
