segment as is represented in an LSR's LFIB.
An entry can be created by a network
administrator or an SNMP agent, or an MPLS signaling
protocol. The creator of the entry is denoted by
mplsInSegmentOwner.
The value of mplsInSegmentRowStatus cannot be active(1)
unless the ifTable entry corresponding to
mplsInSegmentInterface exists. An entry in this table
must match any incoming packets, and indicates an
instance of mplsXCEntry based on which forwarding
and/or switching actions are taken."
