operational.
'sysAccessDisableOrPortInit' : The ieee8021XPaeSysAccessControl
object is set to 'false' or initialization process of this
PAE is invoked.
'receiveEapolLogOff' : The PAE has received EAPOL-Logoff
frame.
'eapReauthFailure' : EAP reauthentication has failed.
'mkaFailure' : MKA failure or other MKA termination.
'newSessionBegin' : New session beginning.
'notTerminateYet' : Not Terminated Yet."
