"Defines the type of Power-via-MDI (Power over Ethernet) advertised
by the remote device.
A value pseDevice(2) indicates that the device is advertised as a
Power Sourcing Entity (PSE).

Powered Device (PD).
A value none(4) indicates that the device does not support PoE."
