### Description

```asn1
dcmURCTAction OBJECT-TYPE
SYNTAX INTEGER {clearAllUserDefaults(1), clearUserDefsFromOID(2), saveUserDefsFromOID(3)}
ACCESS read-write
STATUS mandatory
DESCRIPTION
"Setting this to one (1) shall remove all previously-defined user resetsettings (it ignores the setting of dcmURCTOID).
Setting this to two (2) shall remove only the structure referenced bydcmURCTOID from the user reset settings defaults.
Setting this to three (3) shall save the current settings of the structurereferenced by dcmURCTOID as a user reset setting default for that structure.
The only way to read what the user settings have been set to is to perform a
User Reset. It is left up to the controlling application to keep track of
what has been configured as User Default Settings. The OID of this table can
be added to the 'Object Change ID Table' to allow tracking if the User DefaultSettings have been modified."
